In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "apk55" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the apk55 online gaming and sports betting platform operated at apk55.bet and its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, and service operators.
• "User" / "Player" / "You" / "Your" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers, or uses any service provided by apk55, whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other access method.
• "Account" refers to the personal registered account held by a verified User on the apk55 platform, including the associated PKR wallet, transaction history, and profile data.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, payment, bonus, customer support, and account management services made available to Users through the apk55 platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any staking of real-money funds from a User's apk55 wallet balance on any game outcome, sporting event, or other qualifying activity on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any non-cashable promotional credits, free spin winnings, cashback awards, or other bonus allocations credited to a User's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by apk55 for account activation and withdrawal processing, including but not limited to CNIC verification and proof of payment method ownership.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the User from their own personal payment sources that are credited to the apk55 wallet and available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.

By accessing the apk55 platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on apk55, you irrevocably confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand and accept them without reservation, and that you agree to be legally bound by them in all respects.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the apk55 platform and must not create an account. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the apk55 platform is strictly conditional upon the following eligibility requirements being met in full by the User at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the apk55 platform. apk55 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all gaming and betting verticals without exception.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming or sports betting is expressly prohibited by applicable law, and it is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of apk55 or any of its affiliated game software providers, payment processors, or service vendors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the apk55 platform or any related gaming platform under a shared exclusion programme.

apk55 reserves the unconditional right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Any funds in an account closed for age non-compliance will be handled in accordance with applicable legal obligations and platform policy.

To access real-money gaming and betting services on apk55, Users must complete the registration process in full and provide accurate, truthful, and current information at all times. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• Each individual natural person may register and maintain only one (1) account on the apk55 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or household accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonus funds therein.
• All personal information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number, and contact details — must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. You must notify apk55 of any changes to your registered information without undue delay.
• KYC verification is mandatory for all withdrawal requests. apk55 requires, at minimum, a clear photographic copy of your CNIC (front and back) and may additionally require a selfie holding your CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, and/or proof of residential address.
• apk55 reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation from any User at any time, including in cases where account activity is flagged for further review. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Accounts registered using false, misleading, or third-party identity information are void and any associated funds may be confiscated in accordance with anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering obligations.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your apk55 account login credentials, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your apk55 account credentials with any other person under any circumstances, including family members, friends, or individuals claiming to represent apk55 support.
• You must notify apk55 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any compromise of your login credentials, or any suspicious activity associated with your account.
• apk55 will not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorised transactions resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials or your failure to notify apk55 of a suspected security breach in a timely manner.
• apk55 legitimate support agents will never request your account password or two-factor authentication codes. Any communication purporting to be from apk55 and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

apk55 accepts deposits from registered Users via the following supported payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• All deposits must be made exclusively from payment methods registered in your own name that match the identity information on your apk55 account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund withholding pending investigation.
• The minimum deposit amount on apk55 is PKR 500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your selected payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
• apk55 does not charge fees on deposits from the platform side. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which apk55 accepts no responsibility.
• All deposited funds are credited to your apk55 wallet in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). apk55 does not apply currency conversion fees as the platform operates natively in PKR.
• apk55 reserves the right to delay, hold, or reverse any deposit transaction where fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity is suspected, pending completion of investigation and verification procedures.
• Deposits must only be made from funds that you own and that were legally obtained. Using the apk55 platform to transfer, layer, or place funds of illicit origin constitutes a serious criminal offence and will be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Withdrawals of real money balances from your apk55 account are subject to the following conditions and processing terms:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts that have not completed CNIC verification and, where applicable, enhanced due diligence, will have withdrawals suspended until verification is satisfactory.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, and the receiving account must be registered in your own name. apk55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount on apk55 is PKR 1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply depending on your account verification tier and VIP status.
• apk55 targets withdrawal processing times of under 10 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa on verified accounts, and within 2 hours for bank transfers during normal business hours. These are target times, not guaranteed service level agreements, and may be affected by factors outside apk55's control including payment provider delays.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to internal review and may be subject to additional verification at apk55's discretion, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns.
• Bonus funds that have not completed the applicable wagering requirement cycle are not withdrawable and will not be included in any withdrawal calculation. Only the real money balance portion of your apk55 wallet is withdrawable, subject to these Terms.

apk55 offers a variety of promotional incentives to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, free spin allocations, and VIP loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all apk55 bonus offers:

• All bonus offers are subject to specific individual terms and wagering requirements that are displayed at the point of offer and must be reviewed before acceptance. General Terms do not override individual promotion terms where they are more restrictive.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements on apk55 bonuses are always expressed as a clear multiplier (e.g., 30x) and the qualifying games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Live dealer casino games, table games, and sports bets typically contribute at lower rates than slot games. Game-specific contribution rates are detailed in each individual promotion's terms.
• apk55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that the modification does not retroactively reduce the terms applicable to bonuses already accepted and in progress by a User.
• apk55 has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to receive the same offer, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and exploiting promotional terms through coordinated play. Where bonus abuse is detected, apk55 reserves the right to void the bonus, any associated winnings, and suspend the account.
• Bonuses are personal to the recipient account and may not be transferred, traded, or assigned to any other person or account.

All gaming activity on the apk55 platform is governed by the following fair play standards and game-specific rules:

• All casino games available on apk55 — including live dealer games, RNG slot titles, table game variants, and crash games — are operated using certified software that has been independently tested by accredited gaming testing laboratories for randomness, fairness, and RTP accuracy.
• apk55 sports betting odds are set by the platform's internal trading team and reflect the platform's assessment of event probabilities. apk55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by proven match-fixing, corrupt activity, or where betting was facilitated by error or technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or software error affecting a game outcome or bet settlement, apk55 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the User's wallet. apk55 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from technical errors.
• apk55 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to limiting maximum stake amounts on specific markets, games, or accounts.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, mathematical loopholes, or undisclosed errors for financial gain constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the apk55 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling apk55 to suspend or permanently close your account and forfeit any associated balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or a third party's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the apk55 platform in any manner not permitted by these Terms.
• Collusion with other Users to manipulate game outcomes, sports event results, or to exploit promotional offers through coordinated activity.
• Using the apk55 platform to launder money, disguise the proceeds of crime, or facilitate any financially prohibited activity under applicable law.
• Engaging in charge-backs, reversals, or disputes with your payment provider in bad faith after legitimately authorised transactions.
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the apk55 platform's software, servers, or database through any technical means.
• Using offensive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward apk55 staff, support agents, or other Users in any communication channel.

apk55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming facilities are available to all registered apk55 Users from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total funds you can deposit into your apk55 wallet. Limit reductions take immediate effect; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum permissible net losses over a defined time period. Once your loss limit is reached, your ability to place further bets is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Wagering Limits: Restrict the total amount you can stake across the platform within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will be automatically logged out when your session limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic on-screen reminders showing your session duration and net gaming balance, prompting you to make an informed decision about whether to continue.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) during which you will not be able to log in or place any bets. Cool-off suspensions cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.

All intellectual property rights in and to the apk55 platform — including but not limited to the apk55 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, written content, graphics, and audiovisual materials — are owned by or licensed to apk55 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the apk55 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, transmit, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the apk55 platform without the prior express written consent of apk55. Any unauthorised use of apk55 intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, apk55 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the apk55 platform:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or gaming winnings resulting from platform unavailability, technical failures, or scheduled maintenance periods.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising from any cause whatsoever in connection with the apk55 platform or these Terms.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension or fund forfeiture resulting from prohibited conduct or KYC non-compliance.
• Losses arising from the conduct of third-party service providers including payment processors, game software studios, or internet service providers.

In all circumstances, apk55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total real money balance held in your apk55 wallet at the time the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

apk55 collects, processes, and stores personal data about registered Users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on apk55, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the apk55 Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy covers, among other things: the types of personal data collected, the lawful basis for processing, data retention periods, your data subject rights, and how to exercise those rights.

apk55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe or provision of fraudulent identity documentation.
• Detection of bonus abuse, collusion, or any other form of fraud or prohibited conduct.
• Account activity that triggers apk55's anti-money-laundering or counter-terrorism financing monitoring obligations.
• Receipt of a legally binding instruction from a court, regulator, or law enforcement authority to close or freeze the account.
• User request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon permanent account closure by apk55 for cause, any real money balance remaining in the account will be handled in accordance with apk55's legal obligations. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure for breach. Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting apk55 support at any time.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or disagreement arising from your use of the apk55 platform, including disputes relating to game outcomes, bet settlements, bonus awards, or withdrawal processing, you should in the first instance contact the apk55 customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. apk55 will use its best efforts to resolve the matter informally within 10 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

If a complaint cannot be resolved informally to your satisfaction, it may be escalated to the applicable regulatory or licensing body under whose jurisdiction apk55 operates. Details of the relevant escalation body are available from the apk55 compliance team upon written request.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which apk55 holds its primary gaming licence. By using the apk55 platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the procedure set out in Section 16 above.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the apk55 platform complies with the laws of your own jurisdiction of residence. apk55 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction beyond those explicitly covered by its licensing arrangements.

apk55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, apk55 will notify registered Users by posting a notice on the platform, sending an email to your registered address, or displaying a notification upon your next login. The revised Terms will take effect from the date specified in the change notice.

Your continued use of the apk55 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.
